Come to the free Women’s Self-Defense Workshop our office will be hosting this Saturday, June 16, 2012 from 10 AM – 1 PM at Thomas Jefferson Park’s Recreation Center located at 2200 First Avenue at 112th Street.

This hands-on workshop will be led by Sergeants Eddie Burgos and Mike Torres, along with Sensei Victor Morales; all of whom will teach us possibly life-saving self-protection techniques. Because of the nature of this workshop, participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing, sneakers or rubber-soled shoes.
